Contact form: Processing of name, email address, and message — entirely on our own servers in Germany

No cookies are set. No cross-site tracking takes place. No user accounts, logins, or newsletters are offered.

Fonts and icons are self-hosted (no requests to external CDNs such as Google Fonts).

5. Web Analytics with Matomo (Cookieless)

This website uses the open-source web analytics software Matomo. Matomo is self-hosted on our own infrastructure at ga.moog-it.de. The analytics servers are located in Germany. No data is shared with third parties.

Cookieless Operation

Matomo operates in cookieless mode. No cookies of any kind are placed on your device. Visitor recognition does not take place; each page view is treated as an independent visit. A cookie consent banner is not required for this type of analytics.

IP Anonymization

Your IP address is anonymized before storage (truncated by at least 2 bytes). Identification of individual persons is therefore not possible.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in the statistical evaluation of website usage to improve our offering. Since no cookies are set, no personal data is stored, and IP addresses are anonymized, no consent is required pursuant to Recital 47 GDPR and the guidance of the German data protection supervisory authorities.

Retention Period

Data collected by Matomo is automatically deleted after 12 months.

When you contact us via the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, message) is processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries directed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Local Processing

Your data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) directly to our own server. No data is shared with third-party providers (such as external email service providers). All data remains exclusively within our area of responsibility on servers in Germany.

Retention Period

Data submitted via the contact form remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

7. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL (ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). ALL-INKL is a German hosting provider whose servers are located in Germany. All website functions, including contact form processing, take place on servers located in Germany.
